  • We will have a complimentary kick-off call to discuss your needs and discuss a bit more about how Marquee Design Studio can assist. A few things that are helpful to come to the table with are:

    • Anything stylistically that’s definitely a “yes”

    • Anything that is a definite “no”

    • Style inspiration (either positive or negative)

    • Existing brand materials you would like to maintain (ex. fonts, logos, etc.)

If we are working on a logo/branding collaboration, you will receive a whole suite of print and digital ready logo files. If your logo is vector-based, you will also receive .eps files.

  • It is required & appreciated that all copywriting and content is provided by the client. Marquee Design Studio can help with sourcing imagery, however the expectation is that copy and general content direction is supplied.

about payment

  • Most jobs are completed at an hourly rate, however there are some projects that can be done at a fixed-price rate.

Any project that are price fixed include three sets of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond that will be billed at the hourly rate.

  • We gladly accept Venmo, Zelle, or check.

  • Happy to accommodate rush jobs as needed! On top of the hourly rate, there will be a 25% surcharge per hour for any work needed within 72 hours.

ownership & usage

  • Unless otherwise discussed, the designer owns the copyright by default — even if you paid for the work. The client will have a license to use the logo, but will not necessarily own the full rights.

Should you wish to own the full rights to your project upon completion, please follow up for further discussion.

  • We would love to feature your project in our vast portfolio of work, either currently or in the future! Anything shared will be done so only after the content has already been made public elsewhere.

If you would not like your designs to be included, please let us know.
