Branding Built for the Spotlight
Thanks for stopping by! I’m Marti and I am a Creative Director & brand designer with over a decade of marketing and branding graphic design experience. I am a two-time Silver Clio Award winner, a Webby Award winner for my work on “The Magical Making of Aladdin” podcast, and an Adjunct Lecturer at NYU Tisch School .
A large portion of my professional work is in live entertainment (some of my favorite shows I’ve worked on include Hamilton and Aladdin, among others!) but I’ve worked with clients across all industries.
Besides my graphic design career, I am also the founder of #MapsByMarquee, where I digitally hand draw map prints. These maps are a more artistic mosaic representation of map artwork, bringing memorable places to life through drawing and art. When off the clock, I spend my time restaurant hopping in New York City, researching style guides, and spending time with my husband & daughter.

"Marquee" blends two names that reflect both identity and purpose: “Mar” from Marti and “Quee” from Queen—the meaning of my Hebrew name, Malka.
